Low season £298 per night
High season £398 to £450 per night

5% discount for stays exceeding 1 week
10% discount for stays exceeding 2 weeks
High season is from April to September plus school holidays. Stays during the Hay Literary Festival are subject to another tariff available on request.
This property accommodates 7 people comfortably. If you should wish to book for the maximum of 9 persons, a surcharge of £50 per person applies.
30% deposit for bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of your stay.
100% payment for bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance.
